Alice Springs Palliative Care

Project Plumbing were awarded the hydraulic service contract in the construction of a new palliative care facility within the Alice Springs Hospital Precinct.

Darwin Waterfront Convention and Exhibition Centre

The Darwin Convention and Exhibition Centre is Darwin's Premier event destination located in the Waterfront Pecinct.

Project Plumbing were engaged and carried out a full Design and Construct hydraulic services package on behalf of Sitzler Barclay Mowlem Joint Venture.

Jabiru Health Centre, Renal Unit & Morgue

Palmerston Police Station

Project Plumbing was selected for the hydraulic services installation for the completion of Palmerston Police Stations new Police Facility.

Osgood Childcare

Project Plumbing was selected by Tailor Made Building Services to carry out a full design and construct solution for the new Osgood Child Care centre in Eaton.

NT Secure Facilities

Northern Territory

Project Plumbing was selected as the preferred hydraulic services contractor to complete the $495 million NT Secure Facilities (NTSF) project has delivered a state of the art 1048 bed multi-classification male and female prison, with focused work programs intended on reducing recidivism. Located on 289 hectares near Howard Springs in Darwin, it is the Northern Territory’s largest stand-alone Correctional Precinct.

The facility has its own stand-alone water treatment plant (sewer) extensive storm water management and catchment drainage.

Waterfront Multi Storey Carpark

Project Plumbing were engaged by Hindmarsh Constructions to complete the hydraulic services installation to the Mulistorey Carpark located at the Darwin Waterfront Precinct.

Works included fire hydrants and hose reels, storm water drainage and down pipes as well as sanitary drainage and water services to amenities in the building.

Project Plumbing was selected by Jaytex Construction for the hydraulic services to complete the construction of Berrimah Farms Science Precinct’s new Molecular Diagnostic Wing.

Trade waste including dilution and cooling pits.
Supply and installation of fixtures and tapware.
Hot and cold water services including hot water generation plant.
Water purification systems.
Fire hose reels, fire hydrants and fire extinguishers.
Storm water drainage including DN150 culverts and headwalls.

Rubix Apartments

Project Plumbing was selected by Tomazos Group to help complete the 30 new social and affordable 2 bedroom apartments in The Narrows, Darwin. The apartments have been designed for multi-purpose and flexible future use, providing for long-term suitability over the lifetime of the building.

Sewer pump station and discharge manhole.
New water/fire meter assembly.
Fire hydrant service including truck booster assembly.
