Materials Procurement

Orders for materials are place immediately upon award of contracts to ensure best practice for materials procurement.

Strong, established relationships with local & interstate suppliers, ensure efficiencies in the supply chain.

QA, Inspection and Testing and Project Completion Documentation

Project Plumbing has a QA Management Plan, which the company adheres to in its day to day running and that of the individual sites. This ensures projects run as smoothly as possible from award through to completion and that works are being carried out in accordance with contractual requirements, applicable standards and the expectation of our clients.

Final QA Inspection and Test Plan results, certifications, and Operations and Maintenance Manuals are provided as part of the project completion process.

Workplace Health and Safety

Project Plumbing is committed to protecting the health and safety of the people it employs and the people affected by its operations

Workplace Health and Safety Plans including Safe Work Method Statements are developed for each project in consultation with project team members and form part of our WHSE Management Plan.

The company has a first class safety record.
