Sky City Casino Redevelopment

Project Plumbing were engaged by John Holland to complete the extensive redevelopment of the Sky City Casino.

Works included new restaurants, bars, amenities and significant upgrades and expansion to internal and external services whilst maintaining a fully functional casino / hotel.

Southern Cross Aged Care

Norbuilt Ptd Ltd chose Project Plumbing as the preferred contractor for the hydraulic services installation to this new Aged Care Facility located in Fannie Bay.

This works included all hydraulic services as well as civil storm water drainage and utility upgrades to service the new site.

Casuarina Student Accommodation

Casuarina, NT 0810

Construction of a new $35 Million, eight story 303-bed student accommodation complex at Casuarina Square to assist in the accommodation of students attending the nearby Charles Darwin University.

Project Plumbing installed all main hydraulic services including water tanks and pumps, fire tanks, sanitary drainage and water services, storm water and down pipes as well as service connections to all prefabricated accommodation buildings.
