Our People

Project Plumbing currently employs in excess of 20 workers.

The core management and administration team members are long term employees, who have worked for the company for many years. The team includes:-

  • Project Managers

  • Site Supervisors

  • WHS Advisor

  • Administrators

  • And a workforce which includes qualified Plumbing tradesmen, Plant Operators & Trade Assistants

Additional labour resources are sourced to meet varying project commitments.

As a supporter of the Australian Apprenticeship Program, the team also includes 3 apprentice plumbers.

Project Plumbing is also an active employer and trainer of local indigenous workers currently including 1 apprentice.

Key Personnel

Mark Reynolds - General Manager

Mark is a licensed, certifying plumber and drainer & gasfitter and has over 20 years experience in project and company management in the commercial construction industry in The Northern Territory, Western Australia and overseas.

He specialises in hydraulic services, installations and civil pipelines.

Mark has been in his current role in Darwin as General Manager since 2001, and with an interest in the company, is committed to staying with his family in the Territory for many more years.

Luke Kirne - Construction Manager 

Luke has more than 15 years experience as a licensed plumber and has successfully managed many of the company's critical construction projects including the recently completed NT Secure Facilities and RAAF Base Redevelopment Tindal - State 5 & AEW&C.

Guy Vincent - WHS Advisor 

With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Guy has been a site supervisor, project manager and company manager during this time.

Guy now heads up the Sanwell Group WHSE Department (which Project Plumbing forms a part of) with the understanding of ensuring compliance with the relevant WHS Act and Legislations.

He is committed in ensuring the groups WHS policy and procedure development, with also an ethic to promote and encourage a strong culture of work health and safety.
